29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iii): Belting off to an adjacent pole, structure, or equipment while working from an aerial lift was permitted. Vicinity of the intersection of Vandergrift Road and Santa Margarita Road: On or about 3JAN13, an employee was working from the basket of an articulating boom platform while belted off to the adjacent tree he was trimming exposing the employee to fall hazards.
