29 CFR 1910.266(h)(2)(v): The undercut was not of a size so the tree would not split and would fall in the intended direction. a) 67 feet East of N46 08.483', W115 44.639': On or about August 27, 2012 and at times prior thereto, the undercut was not sufficient to remove enough material to ensure that the tree would fall in the intended direction. The tree fell approximately 90 degrees from its intended falling direction. Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for this item.
