29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) On or about August 20, 2012 and times, the bench grinder in the maintenance area: The employer failed to ensure the work rest was adjusted to within 1/8 inch of the wheel which exposed employees to the hazards associated wilth getting their fingers pulled in and the wheel breaking due to the part being worked on getting pulled into the wheel.
