29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(ii): Training did not consist of a combination of formal instruction (e.g., lecture, discussion, interactive computer learning, video tape, written material), practical training (demonstrations performed by the trainer and practical exercises performed by the trainee), and evaluation of the operators performance in the workplace (a) On June 23, 2012 employees of RJD Group were seen operating powered industrial trucks in the warehouses without having been properly trained to do so. Employees working in the warehouse areas were exposed to struck by and caught under hazards.
