29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(v): Heating effects under all conditions of use were not examined. 2nd floor control room (Line #1) - On or about June 1, 2012, employee(s) opened the cabinet doors of six electrical panel boxes. The six electrical panel boxes contained live parts (120 VAC - 480 VAC) that were not deenergized. The cabinet doors on the six electrical panel boxes were required to remain open to balance the cooling when overheating of the indramat drives occurs. Heating effects under all conditions of use were not examined. Employee(s) were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with live electrical parts.
