29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Arrowpoint Facility Services: On or about April 9, 2012 and at times prior the employer exposed his employees to hazardous chemicals and substances such as but not limited to latex paints, enamel paints,tile adhesive, and paint thinners without maintaining a written hazard communication program.
