29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement and maintain at the workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: Employees were exposed to health hazards. Employees engaged in cleaning, laundry and housekeeping activities were exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not developed and implemented a comprehensive hazard communication program. Hazardous chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to Ecolab 6100036 High Performance Neutral Floor Cleaner, Ecolab 6102257 Rapid Multi Surface Disinfectant Cleaner, Ecolab 6102106 No-Rinse Alkaline Floor Cleaner, Ecolab 6101041 73 Disinfecting Acid Bathroom Cleaner, and Ecolab 6101975 Oasis Laundry Fresh Room Refresher.
