29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee was exposed were not deenergized before the employee worked on or near them: Suite 202, Waiting Room: On, or about, July 29, 2025, the circuit for the ceiling mounted lights had not been de-energized prior to attempting to replace a light fixture. An employee suffered an electric shock and injuries from a subsequent fall after contacting a live conductor.
