29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i):Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) Freestone Station Subdivision; Lot 11: On or about June 26, 2025 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure employees were wearing fall protection while on a ladder jack scaffold platform performing siding at heights over 20 feet to ground level.
