29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present at the workplace. a) 2955 Franks Rd Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006, on Fabrication Floor - On or about April 24, 2025, the employer did not compile a list of hazardous chemicals present in the workplace that included, but not limited to, Tenax TeClean General Poultice Powder. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
