29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(3)(iv): Written compliance programs for lead were not revised and updated annually to reflect the current status of the program: a) 1000 East Main Street, Mount Joy, PA 17552: On or about March 4, 2025, the Comprehensive Lead Management Program had not been revised and updated at least annually to reflect the current status of the program. The program was last revised May 11, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
