29 CFR 1910.272(j)(2)(ii):The employer did not immediately remove any fugitive grain dust accumulations whenever the exceeded 1-8 inch (.32cm) at priority housekeeping areas, pursuant to the housekeeping program for grain elevators: At a worksite located at 1031 North Topping Avenue Kansas City, Missouri, this was most recently documented on or about February 11, 2025, and at times prior the employer exposed their employees to hazards from fire and explosion associated with grain dust. Employees working throughout the grain facility were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in high priority areas located throughout the workhouse floor exceeding 1/8 inch accumulation of grain dust.
