29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) TFA3 Inc dba Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting - 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA - main work area south side of building: On or about February 4, 2025, the employer provided and required employees to wear half-mask elastomeric and N95 respirators while performing painting and auto body work and did not develop and implement a written worksite specific respiratory program in accordance with this section. TFA3 Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1639454, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA. TFA3 Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1723247, citation number 2, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA. No abatement certification or documentation required.
