29 CFR 1910.1024(c)(1): The employer did not ensure that no employee was exposed to an airborne concentration of beryllium in excess of 0.2 �g/m3 calculated as an 8-hour TWA: Foundry - On or about February 11, 2025, an employee conducting copper-beryllium casting activities was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 0.42 micrograms per cubic meter (ug/m3) of beryllium which was approximately 2.1 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 0.2 ug/m3. The exposure level was calculated from a sample collected over a 364 minute sampling period with zero exposure assumed for the unsampled period.
