29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The training program of the employer did not include all the training elements listed under items a-c of 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): On or about December 5, 2024 and times prior to, employees of St. Francis Medical Clinic Poplar Bluff located at 221 Physician Park in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, perform equipment maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, motor replacement, electrical repairs, and servicing of facility systems. The employer did not ensure authorized and affected employees were trained with the knowledge and skills required to perform their job safely.
