29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: a)AMTEC Corporation dba Tech Ord, a Division of AMTEC Corporation, 47600 180th Street, Clear Lake, SD 57226: On or about and at times prior to November 25, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees screening pyrotechnic materials in Building 105 utilized aluminized overpant and jacket. This condition exposed employee to burn hazards in the event of a detonation or fire occurs during screening of pyrotechnic materials.
