29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about November 20, 2024, employees performing servicing and maintenance activities, including setting up the Bradbury Hemmer, were exposed to hazardous stored energy, including but not limited to, electrical and gravity, and the employer did not develop, document and utilize procedures for employees in accordance with the standard.
