29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(B):The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not include the schedule and/or methods of implementation for 29 CFR 1910.1030(d) methods of compliance, (f) Hepatitis B Vaccination and Post-Exposure Evaluation and Follow-up, (g) Communication of Hazards to Employees, and (h) Recordkeeping, of this standard. a) Throughout facility - On or about 11/19/24, where employees have exposure to blood while administering medications, handling regulated waste, and performing patient care involving exposure to blood such as performing bandage changes or performing wound care, the employer's Exposure Control Plan did not include the schedule and/or methods of implementation for 29 CFR 1910.1030(d) methods of compliance, (g) Communication of Hazards to Employees, and (h) Recordkeeping, of this standard.
