29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about November 6, 2024, at the fabrication area of the jobsite located at 1160 West 13th St, Unit 10, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, the employer did not develop a specific procedure for servicing and/or maintenance of an edge banding machine (i.e. HolzHer - Model No. 1402MFE - Serial No. 1895/0-010), thus exposing employees to an amputation hazard.
