29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Line 2, National Pipe and Plastics Inc., 15 Mills Avenue, Endicott, NY 13760, on or about 11/3/2024; Lockout/tagout energy control procedures were not utilized by employees who performed servicing and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, repairing/replacing the travel screw on the Line 2 Vacuum Tank. Abatement certification must be submitted.
