29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment. On or about October 25th, 2024, employees engaged in oven lighting operations located at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117, were exposed to electrical hazards in that the employer failed to assess oven lighting operations for the Blue Oven. As a result of not conducting an assessment and providing employees with the proper PPE when performing this task, an employee was shocked when attempting to light the Blue Oven.
