29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1): The employer did not provide a program to train all employees who service rim wheels in the hazards involved and the safety procedures to follow while servicing rim wheels: On or about September 24, 2024, it was documented that employees engaged in wheel servicing activities in the maintenance building of Rail Modal Group LLC located at 549 County Road T, Fremont, Nebraska were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer did not develop and implement a rim wheel service training program for employees performing single-piece rim wheel servicing.
