29 CFR 1928.57(b)(1)(iii): Power take-off driven equipment was not guarded to protect against employee contact with positively driven rotating members of the power drive system: (a)Craven Corner Feeders, Inc. at 36170 138th Street, Ipswich, SD 57451: On or about and at times prior to September 9, 2024, the employer did not ensure the power take-off shaft connecting a John Deere Tractor, Model Number 4440, Serial Number: RW4440P040225 and mechanically powering a yellow pump tank implement was guarded. This condition exposed employees to caught-in and amputation hazards associated with the unguarded power take-off equipment.
