29 CFR 1926.754(e)(2)(ii): The employer did not deck over roof and floor holes and openings. On or about August 1, 2024, while on the southwest side of a metal building, the walking/working surface (metal roof) was not protected from falling through unmarked corrugated plastic sheets that were being used as skylights.
