29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Inspection, maintenance, and repair. The employer must ensure walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: On or about July 23, 2024, to July 24, 2024, at an establishment located at 921 South 10th Street in Manitowoc, Wisconsin; the employer did not inspect and maintain in a safe condition the stair treads going down into the cellar when the nose on one of the treads was broken off, exposing employees to fall hazards.
