29 CFR 1910.132(a): The appropriate protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury or impairment were encountered: On or about July 11, 2024, an employee of Georgian Gardens Healthcare LLC was removing tree branches and debris from the roof of the building located at 1 Georgian Gardens Drive in Potosi, Missouri. The employer did not provide appropriate protective equipment when an employee was utilizing a chainsaw on a roof. The employee was exposed to fall hazards, struck-by, and amputation hazards.
