29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2): 29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2): Employees, who were not qualified persons, were not trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices not specifically addressed by 29 CFR 1910.331 through 29 CFR 1910.335, but which were necessary for their safety: a. On or about May 25, 2024, at the worksite located at the intersection of Michigan Road and Range Line Road Washington Island, Wisconsin; an employee who was working on or near energized overhead distribution lines, did not possess the skills and techniques necessary to perform the work associated with that exposure. b. On or about May 25, 2024, at the worksite located on Green Tree Road Washington Island, Wisconsin; an employee who was working on or near deenergized overhead distribution lines, did not possess the skills and techniques necessary to perform the work associated with that exposure. c. On or about May 22, 2024 through May 25, 2024, along various roadways on Washington Island, Wisconsin; the employer did not ensure that employees performing storm cleanup operations were adequately trained in the skills and techniques necessary to perform the work associated with that exposure
