29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork: On or about May 21, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards, while working from supported scaffolds which were not secured to the rough terrain forklifts by a chain or some other secure method, while framing on a residential construction site in Mahomet, Illinois. These instances included: a. Supported scaffold - 11 feet and b. Supported scaffold - 9 feet.
