29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about 5/8/2024, and times prior thereto, at wind turbine # 43-B employees conducted scheduled maintenance and used the hoist winch powered by 220 volts via a flexible cord and plug-electrical connector without a strain relief.
