29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) Jobsite located at 140 N 50th St Philadelphia, PA 19139: On or about April 19, 2024, an employee was removing siding from the window located on the second story of a residential property on a ladder not fully extended. The employer did not ensure the employee did not stand on the top rung of the Werner Job Master type II commercial ladder exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12.8 feet.
