29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1025: a) 201 Ferry Street, Easton PA Facility - On or about April 23, 2024, and at times prior, employees worked on a daily basis in the back room where there was accumulations of lead from peeling paint and the possibility of skin or eye irritation. The employer did not provide employees with training on lead in accordance with this section. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
