29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Angelo's Marble and Granite Inc. located at or near 2500 Ellsworth Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear respirators such as, but not limited to 3M half facepiece respirator 07182 with P100 filters, while performing stone cutting and finishing activities. Violation noted on July 24, 2024.
