29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) 201-A Commerce Drive, New Holland, PA; Main Warehouse south exit - On or about March 27, 2024, employees were exposed to fire hazards created from an obstructed exit route when a palletized cupolas was stored in front of the exit. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
