29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: a) Cabinet Building Area- On or about May 10, 2024, an employee was exposed to noise hazards at levels of 91.3 decibels on the A-weighted scale (dBA) as an eight-hour time-weighted average without an established noise monitoring program. b) Cabinet Building Area- On or about May 10, 2024, an employee was exposed to noise hazards at levels of 90.7 decibels on the A-weighted scale (dBA) as an eight-hour time-weighted average without an established noise monitoring program. c) Cabinet Building Area- On or about May 10, 2024, an employee was exposed to noise hazards at levels of 87.1 decibels on the A-weighted scale (dBA) as an eight-hour time-weighted average without an established noise monitoring program.
