29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. On or about March 12, 2024, with respect to an establishment located at 1001 Discovery Road, Green Bay, WI 54311, employees were exposed to potential caught-in and struck-by hazards when a periodic inspection of the energy control procedures had not been performed on an annual basis.
