29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1):Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: Marelli North America Inc., 2371 Woodstream Drive, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402: On or about March 5, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees were provided with effective training to protect against electrical hazards while working on or near energized conductors. Without such training, employees who accessed 240v electrical panels at heat press cells 1 through 8 were exposed to electrical hazards while performing tasks such as, but not limited to, electrical testing, contactor resets and replacements.
