29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4):Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: a) Location: Building 20 On or about 2/21/24, signs were not posted along the exit access to the nearest exit discharge. The employer did not ensure that employees had a clearly identifiable path of exit travel in the event of an emergency. b) Location: Building 8 On or about 2/21/24, signs were not posted along the exit access to the nearest exit discharge in room B05-B03. The employer did not ensure that employees had a clearly identifiable path of exit travel in the event of an emergency. Neither discharge from the room was labeled with an illuminated emergency exit sign.
