29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were maintained in a legible condition Bldg 31C20T, Temporary Fabric Shelter, and outside areas: On or before January 25th, 2024, the employer did not ensure the Caterpillar model GC30 Forklift was maintained with the manufacturer's capacity, operation, and maintenance instruction data plates, warning tags, and/or decals that were legible. Employees were potentially exposed to struck-by and crush-by hazards.
