On or about November 16, 2023, at the location of Waverly Rd. and Vine St. Willowick OH, 44095: The employer did not have a written hazard communication program and employees were exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to, gasoline, cement, respirable crystalline silica, and asbestos containing materials.
