29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: In the alternative: 29 CFR 1910.1053(g)(2): Where respirator use was required by this section, the employer did not institute a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134: (a) Super Stone Global Inc. located at 87 14th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215 Employees working in the warehouse, performing the manufacturing of stone products are exposed to the hazard of chemicals. Employees are required to wear 3M N95 8210 series particulate respirators while handling chemicals such as but not limited to respirable crystalline silica when fabricating stone products. The employer did not develop or implement a written respiratory protection program. Condition observed on or about December 21, 2023 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19
