OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from combustible dust fire and explosion hazards. a. Truss Line 4 - On or about December 8, 2023, the employer failed conduct a comprehensive combustible dust analysis and implement dust mitigation measures to include blast venting and quick response suppression system installation, exposing employees to combustible dust fire and explosion hazards. b. Truss Line 3 - On or about December 8, 2023, the employer failed conduct a comprehensive combustible dust analysis and implement dust mitigation measures to include blast venting and quick response suppression system installation, exposing employees to combustible dust fire and explosion hazards. c. Truss Line 2 - On or about December 8, 2023, the employer failed conduct a comprehensive combustible dust analysis and implement dust mitigation measures to include blast venting and quick response suppression system installation, exposing employees to combustible dust fire and explosion hazards. d.
