29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about 12/05/2023 - Lot #182 14715 Sandy Pines Drive, Moundville, AL, an employee placing roofing shingles was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet, 4 inches to the ground below. Mr. Jesus Adolfo Medina was previously cited for a repeat-serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1676176, citation number 2, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 08/17/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #97 Sussex Road, Margaret, AL. Mr. Jesus Adolfo Medina was previously cited for a serious violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518783, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 05/19/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1070 Mountain Laurel Circle, Moody, AL.
