29 CFR 1910.26(c): The employer did not ensure that portable dockboards are secured by anchoring them in place or using equipment or devices that prevent the dockboard from moving out of a safe position: Dock Building: On, or about, December 4, 2023, the dockboard provided for use at the loading dock was not provided with a cleat or other means to secure the dockboard from being displaced when in use.
