29 CFR 1910.107(b)(3): The floor surface of a spray booth and operator's working area, when combustible, was not covered with noncombustible material of such character as to facilitate the safe cleaning and removal of residues. Monarch Metal Finishing Co., Inc. at 189 Georgia Avenue in Providence, RI: a.) On or about November 21, 2023, the employer did not ensure the Binks spray booth in the lacquer room did not contain combustible materials, such as cardboard and paper, on the walls and floor that had excessive buildup of combustible residues from spraying lacquer.
