29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(iv): The contract employer shall assure that each contract employee follows the safety rules of the facility including the safe work practices required by paragraph (f)(4) of this section. On or about October 20, 2023, at Labatt Food Services in Houston, TX the contract employer did not ensure that each contract employee follows the safety rules of the facility, including control of hazardous energy during the opening of process lines and equipment. This exposed employees to chemical hazards of anhydrous ammonia.
