29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1): When employees were subjected to sound exceeding those listed in Table G-16, feasible engineering controls were not utilized: At a worksite located at 12149 Hartville Road, Licking, MO: The employer failed to protect employees from occupational noise hazards. This was most recently demonstrated on or about December 7, 2023, and at times prior to when employees working with equipment including but not limited to edgers, and saws were exposed to occupational noises. Employees were exposed to noises in excess of the 8-hour time-weighted average and the employer had not developed and implemented any engineering controls.
