Exterior of Bldg. 5003 (Laundry Facility), LP-Gas Vaporizer: On and/or before October 23, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the plumbing employees were properly trained to service equipment that handled liquified petroleum gas. This condition potentially exposed employees to fire and/or explosion hazards.
