29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), & (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes items (i) and (ii) of this subparagraph. On or about October 17, 2023, the employer failed to develop, implement, and maintain a written hazard communication program at the workplace. Employees were exposed to hazardous material to include, but are not limited to, Filled EVA Barrier and Uncured Glass Mineral Wool Insulation while operation the compression molding presses.
