29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(G): Fork and attachment adaptation, operation, and use limitations; Training program content. Powered industrial truck operators shall receive initial training in the following topics, except in topics which the employer can demonstrate are not applicable to safe operation of the truck in the employer's workplace. Truck-related topics: a.) On or about September 29, 2023, the employer did not ensure that their material handling equipment program content for power industrial vehicle(s) with the 15-16 foot four probe attachments available for use that were utilized on the Toyota Forklift Truck Model: 50-8FCCU25 Serial #: 14352 and the Crown stand-up forklift included training for the probes, operations of the probes, and use limitations. This was last observed on October 4, 2023.
