29 CFR 1926.28(a):The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) 234 N. Gay St., Auburn AL. - Mechanical Room; On September 26, 2023 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to burn hazards in that the employer failed to provide employees working on a live electrical cabinet with personal protective equipment to protect employees limbs, face, and hands when there was potential for an arc flash and/or electrical shock.
